Workflow automation & RPA

Less copying and pasting. More control.

If your team spends its day downloading files, changing prices or gathering information across portals, we can start there. We review the workflow, its rules and exceptions to define what is worth automating and which decisions should remain with a person.

What we can work on

  • Portal workflows and document organization by distribution center, company and date.
  • Spreadsheet-based catalog preparation, review and bulk updates.
  • Authorized data collection, cleanup and normalization.
  • Event and purchase-journey checks before campaign launches.

Before we start

We start with one task: its inputs, expected output, frequency and permissions. Integrations, access, maintenance and testing are agreed for each case. The portfolio walkthroughs let you explore the logic without connecting to client accounts or changing their systems.

Before you get in touch

What is the difference between RPA and an API integration?

An API connects systems through an interface designed for that purpose. RPA can reproduce interface steps when a suitable integration is unavailable. The choice depends on permissions, portal capabilities and ongoing maintenance.

How much does a project cost and how long does it take?

It depends on scope, available materials and integrations. Send me your idea and a target date so we can review deliverables, schedule and budget. One fixed price cannot cover every project.

Planning your project

Which process should we automate first?

A repetitive task with clear rules and accessible inputs. We review frequency, error points and the effort required to maintain the automation.

Can the bot bypass verification or permissions?

No. Portal access, permissions and verification requirements must be respected. When a decision or verification needs human input, that checkpoint stays in the workflow.

How do we estimate potential savings?

We first measure manual time, frequency and exceptions. Then we compare the pilot against that baseline. We do not promise a number without measuring the actual process.

What should I send to get started?

A summary of the problem, references, existing links or materials, your target date and who will review the work. Do not share passwords or customer personal data in the first message.

Can we work together from different countries?

We can communicate in English or Spanish and coordinate remotely. Reviews and meetings are agreed around our time zones.

From the first conversation to deliverables

1. Understand the brief

We review your goal, users, available materials and constraints.

2. Agree on the scope

We document deliverables, revisions, schedule, responsibilities and dependencies.

3. Design and review

We work with specific assets or flows so you can review actual decisions, not just a promise.

4. Prepare the handoff

We agree on files, documentation and required checks. Publication, implementation and maintenance depend on the contracted scope.
