Systems & platform design
Make the system fit the work.
I design interfaces for teams that need to manage information, review statuses and make decisions. In a CRM, ERP, CMS or SaaS platform, the challenge is not adding more screens: it is helping each role find what they need and understand what they can do.
Discuss this serviceWhat we can work on
- Information architecture for dashboards and internal tools.
- Role-based flows, onboarding, forms, tables and operational states.
- Components and interactive prototypes for review before development.
- Integration-state design: syncing, errors, permissions and confirmations.
Before we start
The work presented here covers product design and prototyping. Backend implementation, middleware, APIs, security and infrastructure are evaluated separately with the technical team. An interactive presentation is not evidence of a deployed system or a production integration.

UniverseBefore you get in touch
Do you design the system or develop it as well?
We can define the experience, interfaces, components and prototype for your development team. If you need implementation, architecture, data, integrations and staffing need a separate assessment. They are not assumed to be included because a prototype is available.
How much does a project cost and how long does it take?
It depends on scope, available materials and integrations. Send me your idea and a target date so we can review deliverables, schedule and budget. One fixed price cannot cover every project.
Planning your project
How is this different from website design?
An internal tool often includes roles, permissions, tables, pending tasks and changing states. The design organizes how people work, not just how a company presents itself.
Can you design a workflow between a CRM and ERP?
We can represent the data, steps, confirmations and errors users will see. Exchange and middleware feasibility must be validated against the available APIs, permissions and architecture.
Does the prototype test all data and permissions?
It supports reviewing the flows included in its scope. Actual data validation, authorization, load and security require implementation and separate technical testing.
What should I send to get started?
A summary of the problem, references, existing links or materials, your target date and who will review the work. Do not share passwords or customer personal data in the first message.
Can we work together from different countries?
We can communicate in English or Spanish and coordinate remotely. Reviews and meetings are agreed around our time zones.
Explore a case in detail
LENS: operations platform design
A company map can bring teams and processes together, but it needs an interface people can navigate. LENS presents a product experience connecting that map with onboarding and a skills library.

1. Understand the brief
We review your goal, users, available materials and constraints.
2. Agree on the scope
We document deliverables, revisions, schedule, responsibilities and dependencies.
3. Design and review
We work with specific assets or flows so you can review actual decisions, not just a promise.
4. Prepare the handoff
We agree on files, documentation and required checks. Publication, implementation and maintenance depend on the contracted scope.
